Golf: The Copa de Andalucía Femenina raises the curtain

The new year for Spanish golfers begins strong. It does so with a competition, the Women's Andalusian Cup, which complies with the tradition of bringing together the best Spanish players in their quest for a prestigious victory won by María Parra or Nuria Iturrios, both professionals today. The Real Golf Club Guadalmina (San Pedro de Alcántara, Malaga) hosts the tournament from 9 to 12 January.
