True or not? 8 out of 10 Spanish are home owners

The stats say that 8 out of 10 Spaniards are proprietors or multipliers.

I find it hard to believe that in 16% all the thousands of thousands of people without hope in rent, ninis, casapapis, opponents, losers, squatters, yonkis, Andalusians, mentally handicapped, mentally ill, children, etc. are concentrated. Do not leave the accounts. I would say that 1 in 10 Spaniards is the owner, 10%.

20% have second homes, the fifth in Europe and that with a very low income figure compared to rich countries that have a much lower rate of second homes:

Hacienda rubs its hands with the incomes to come because of the inheritances.- Every cloud has a silver lining.-

According to this they are 76%, unless in two years it has risen 10 points.

And really only 48% have home ownership. 28% have a home owned by the bank until the mortgage is paid.

30.1% of homeowners still pay their mortgage | My money | Five days

And beware, those are those who have their own or rented housing, there are not those who do not have any and live with their parents.

So I do not believe anything about the statistics that open the thread.

What do you think?
